This policy describes how Resilium Services processes your personal data when you interact with the resilium-services.lu website.

Resilium Services is a company being incorporated in Luxembourg. The site is operated on behalf of Resilium Services pending official registration with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register.

1. Data collected

The only moment we collect personal data is when you sign up via the launch notification form. We collect exclusively:

• Your email address

No other information (name, phone, postal address) is requested. No cookies, trackers or analytics tools are placed on your device.

2. Purpose of processing

Your email address is processed to:

• Notify you of the official launch of Resilium Services (planned Q3 2026)
• Where applicable, offer you priority access or preliminary information about our services

No third-party marketing communications will be sent. Your data is never transferred, sold or leased to a third party.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), as expressed through your voluntary submission of the sign-up form. You may withdraw this consent at any time (see §8).

4. Processors and hosting

To run the site and the sign-up form, we use the services of:

• Netlify, Inc. — site hosting and form data collection (Netlify Forms). Registered office: 2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

5. Transfer outside the European Union

Netlify's servers are located in the United States. Your data transits and may be stored outside the European Union.

This transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which constitute appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Article 46 of the GDPR.

6. Retention period

Your email address is retained:

• Until the official launch of Resilium Services + 12 months maximum
• OR until your explicit deletion request, if earlier

After this period, your data is deleted from Netlify Forms records and from our archives.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have at any time the following rights regarding your data:

• Right of access — obtain confirmation and a copy of data concerning you
• Right of rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
